NEG-ITSolutions has started 2024 well!
As of January 1, NEG-ITSolutions has achieved Aspirant status on the Social Entrepreneurship Performance Ladder (Prestatieladder Sociaal Ondernemen, PSO) and we are of course very proud of that!
The PSO is the (Dutch) TNO's scientifically based measuring instrument and quality mark that objectively measures and makes visible the degree of social entrepreneurship. The independent assessment by a certifying institution shows that NEG has demonstrably started with more social entrepreneurship and will grow to a step level on the PSO Performance Ladder within two years.
Including employership
The aim of the PSO is to help more people with a vulnerable labor market position find work in a sustainable and high-quality manner. We do this not only by facilitating workplaces in our own organization, but also by encouraging our suppliers and contractors to engage in social entrepreneurship.
NEG consciously chooses to purchase products or services from SW companies and/or other PSO-certified organizations (also known as chain stimulation). By encouraging more organizations to do business more socially, we can grow together towards a more inclusive society.
